Melissa Googins is a Maine native, born and raised in Falmouth. She grew up in a “real estate household,” so the vocabulary and the lifestyle of the career has always been a second nature to her!

Melissa graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in psychology and child development. She became interested in pursuing a career in real estate after purchasing her first home. Her commitment is to her clients and helping them find and secure their dream home while providing them with care, compassion, and a low-stress experience.

Melissa lives in Gray with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the beautiful state of Maine with her family and seeking out adventures.
