Owner of Locations Real Estate Group

Edie Fontaine, co-owner of Locations Real Estate Real Estate Group, is a lifelong resident of Falmouth, Maine and has been in real estate for over 20 years. She has been a top producing agent for the last two decades, earning several production awards.

Edie's professional experience extends into teaching License Law and Continuing Education to the Brokerage community in both Maine and New Hampshire. In 2016, she received an appointment by Governor LePage to serve on the Maine Real Estate Commission. More recently an appointment by Governor Janet Mills. Edie has been the chairman of the Maine Real Estate Commission in both 2022 and 2023. Edie has served as a Maine Real Estate Brokerage law expert for several years and has worked with the testing company Pearson VUE.

When not at the office, Edie is an avid reader, keeps a small hobby farm with her husband and three children, and loves the wonderful outdoor life Maine has to offer.
