Locations Real Estate Group is thrilled to welcome Colby Gail as our newest agent!

Colby grew up in Topsham and truly loves the Mid-Coast region of Maine. After graduating from Bates College with a double major in Rhetoric and American Cultural Studies, she moved to Boston and began working for a technology start-up. Colby quickly realized that Maine was where she wanted to be, and she returned home to pursue a career in teaching. After purchasing her first home, Colby became interested in helping others have a positive real estate experience.

Colby has an exceptional client-centered approach to all that she does. She is passionate about ensuring her clients have an organized, low-stress, and enjoyable experience when purchasing their dream home. Colby is always willing to go the extra mile on behalf of her client.

Colby lives in Phippsburg and enjoys spending time with her two Goldendoodles, Butch and Sundance, as well as hiking, running, fishing, and snowmobiling.
