During his 15+ years of real estate experience, Chad has always recognized the value of new technologies that offer a leading edge in real estate sales. He was one of the first to bring 3D/VR property tours to Maine and is co-owner of the Portland-based real estate marketing firm ListingTunnel.com. This provides Chad with the capacity to have direct connections with over 500 real estate agents and property developers throughout Maine.

Chad is an 11-year cancer survivor, a passionate water sportsman, and a devoted “doggie dad.” He has volunteered as a co-facilitator at the Cancer Community Center (The Dempsey Center) and adopts senior dogs through the Old Dogs New Digs program. He is proud to say that Maine has been his home for over 25 years. Chad lives in Westbrook and summers on Hancock Pond in Denmark, Maine.
