My expectations weren't just met, they exceeded. I will never trust another agent like I did with Dona. This was me and my husband's first home buying experience and I couldn't have made it without Dona. She was so patient. So loyal, even for the 3 years she worked for us before actually buying. She always checked in, made sure we understood the process, was always open to questions (even the stupid ones) Dona became a part of our family. This woman needs a raise. She explains even the simplest of questions. No question is dumb. She understands the emotional attachments that selling your house may bring. Christina is able to communicate to the sellers and the buyers throughout the process. This is crucial to both sides. A REALTOR® that is completely upfront. I thought during COVID this would be a very tricky time to sell, it honestly went without a hitch! All protocols were met. I can honestly say this experience went so smoothly I can't stop talking about it.
