Within the last 5 years I've had the pleasure of buying & selling a home with Jody and I'd be doing everyone a disservice if I didn't share how great these experiences were. Jody's personality made the process fun. She's full of energy and enthusiasm, she's quick but thorough, and she always had my best interest in mind. I immediately learned that she was always a step ahead and I never had to worry. Jody's experience and knowledge made it easy to work quickly in a market where speed matters, while still taking the time to make sure we were making the best decision. Jody is the best at what she does. This was our second home buying experience with her and first selling. She listens, asks the right questions, and genuinely cares about her client's best interests. To put it simply, Jody is the best. We contacted her on a recommendation from a co-worker, and her response was incredibly quick and extremely helpful. We set up a meeting where she truly listened to our wants and needs, and explained the whole process as we were first time home buyers. From there, we saw probably 25-30 houses, and Jody was quick to learn what we liked and didn't like, as well as point out things we may have never noticed. She is also very easy to talk to and get along with, which was a huge plus for us (especially when you spend that much time together seeing houses!). At times we were discouraged because of the market, but Jody always stayed upbeat and positive and ultimately found us the perfect home. Even after the sale she has been in contact with us and willing to answer follow up questions. I will be recommending her to all my friends! 

I cannot say enough about our experience with Jody as our REALTOR®. We have purchased three other homes with different REALTORS® in the past and I will NEVER use a different REALTOR® again!!! Jody made both buying and selling homes easy, thorough, and enjoyable! Jody met with us prior to our search and discussed at length our wants, needs, and the timeline of how she predicted the process would work. She demonstrated utmost confidence in her abilities to both find us the perfect home for our next chapter, and her ability to sell our current home quickly and for "top dollar." Jody was willing to show us ANY property we expressed interest in when we were searching. She kept us focused on the criteria we had developed in our initial conversations and the developing desires we acquired in our search process. She told us many times that she approaches her client's home purchases like she is spending her own money and takes the financial commitment very seriously. When we found the perfect home, as Jody said we would, she negotiated our contract with professionalism and respect and responsibility. I was blown away by her people skills, combined with her professional knowledge. Jody has a way of holding all parties accountable and she goes above and beyond to do her due diligence in researching properties. She was able to uncover some things about a property we felt strongly about in terms of wanting to purchase. Her work saved us from buying a property that had some unknown history and challenges we would not have become aware of on our own. When it came time to sell our existing home, Jody listed our property on a Thursday and allowed first showing on Sunday. On Monday we had multiple offers all well above our asking price! We were not sure what to expect, but Jody was confident in her strategy and everything went so smoothly that we were in awe!! Buying and selling homes has always been my least favorite thing to do, but Jody made our process so easy that it actually became enjoyable. We looked forward to spending our time with Jody in our house search and learned to trust her with the utmost confidence. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Jody. This was the second time I have worked with Jody Nutting. The first time was about 6 years ago, when she helped my parent sell a house in Standish. At that time, we had never met Jody, but she came recommended by a friend. She exceeded all of our expectations; it was a really smooth transaction with a very favorable outcome. Most recently, an elderly aunt needed to sell her house quickly after a sudden diagnosis of dementia. It was a stressful situation, until I called Jody. Jody took care of everything related to getting the house ready for sale, which allowed me to focus on my aunt. She anticipated my needs before I even asked, and anticipated some needs I hadn't thought of. She was cheerful, efficient, and extremely responsive. She made me feel like I was her only client. Through the entire process, Jody coached me on what I needed to do on my end (minimal, thanks to her!) and consistently gave good advice. I never felt any pressure at all from her. She offered up options, and offered solutions, but deferred to my wishes. It was clear that Jody wanted all of the buyers to have a good experience as well. She was very fair and transparent with all parties involved. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better end result. I plan to use Jody when I am ready to sell my house.
