This was the second time I have worked with Jody Nutting. The first time was about 6 years ago, when she helped my parent sell a house in Standish. At that time, we had never met Jody, but she came recommended by a friend. She exceeded all of our expectations; it was a really smooth transaction with a very favorable outcome. Most recently, an elderly aunt needed to sell her house quickly after a sudden diagnosis of dementia. It was a stressful situation, until I called Jody. Jody took care of everything related to getting the house ready for sale, which allowed me to focus on my aunt. She anticipated my needs before I even asked, and anticipated some needs I hadn't thought of. She was cheerful, efficient, and extremely responsive. She made me feel like I was her only client. Through the entire process, Jody coached me on what I needed to do on my end (minimal, thanks to her!) and consistently gave good advice. I never felt any pressure at all from her. She offered up options, and offered solutions, but deferred to my wishes. It was clear that Jody wanted all of the buyers to have a good experience as well. She was very fair and transparent with all parties involved. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better end result. I plan to use Jody when I am ready to sell my house. I trust her judgment and expertise 1000%! She is just a fantastic person all around, and really good at what she does. I can't thank her enough for all that she did for us!

Edie sold my house with zero days on market, and sold my wife's parent's home above asking price promptly. She brought the buyer to the table for my large oceanfront home completely out of the blue, before I had even taken action on listing it. I live out of state and she handled everything for the transaction, including many things I would never have consider her problem (I don't want to detail it all here as not to oblige her to do the same in the future, because it was really too much). I can be picky and demand executive level professionalism from those involved in high value transactions on my behalf. Edie exceeded my expectations and has my highest recommendation.
